Crystallizing Honey

I gathered all my partial jars of honey this a.m. to make a recipe. When I realized some of them have crystallized. In case this happens to you, here is a tip to remember. If your honey has crystallized, placing the container in hot water for 15 minutes will help return it to its liquid state. Don't use the microwave to heat honey as this alters its taste.
